MagiCAD Room

MagiCAD Room makes the most of your building. You begin by creating a technical 3D model of the building. This 3D model is the basis for all calculations and analyses since it is based on the true geometry and technical properties of the building.

MagiCAD Room currently includes heating requirement calculations, making it possible to create room-specific bills of materials. The room database also forms the basis for future calculations and analyses of heat, air conditioning, lighting, etc.

The technical building model contains the geometry of the building, and the structural definitions with U values and design requirements for airflows and temperatures in the various rooms.

Once the model has been created, it can be used by all participants in the building process – from preliminary studies and system functions to final design and maintenance.

MagiCAD Room facilitates cooperation between the different modules in the MagiCAD series. The model can also be included in the generation of cross-sections and collision detection. 

MagiCAD Room:
