MagiCAD’s popularity in Russia continues to grow

SHK MOSCOW 2008 proves it


MagiCAD continues to gain popularity among CAD users in Russia. The program was successfully presented at the recent SHK MOSCOW 2008, the 12th International Industrial and Technology Trade Fair, which was held from 12-15 May in Moscow, Russia.

The fair gathered over 300 exhibitors from 23 countries, who presented their innovations in the fields of heating technology, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration technology, building technology and sanitation technology.

The first day of the exhibition was marked with a traditional MagiCAD workshop. The workshop was organized as a part of the XII European Symposium "Modern energy-efficient equipment for heat supply, water supply and climate control in buildings".

More than 70 people attended the workshop to learn how to make their design routine work faster and more accurately using different MagiCAD applications. The audience was especially interested to see the real MagiCAD projects created by our users in Russia – from simple residential buildings to complex sport arenas and large industrial buildings.

“MagiCAD is becoming more and more popular among Russian companies,” says Eugenie Krinitsky, official MagiCAD representative in Russia, “and our experience of such fairs and workshops just proves it to be true. During the 3 days we had around 500 visitors at our booth, and a great many of them are eager to start using MagiCAD in their work.”
